Download area for tenants

Have you been to view a rental property with one of our employees and would like to apply to rent it? We would like to thank you for your interest in the property on offer and would ask you to complete, sign and return to us the documents in the download area. In addition, we require a copy of your identity card (both sides) as well as proof of wages and salary for the last 3 months from you or the rent guarantor (for students and pupils also from the rent guarantor).

The certificate of freedom from rent arrears in the appendix assumes that you were already in a tenancy. If you live in your parents' home or own property, this is not required. Please make a note of this on the rental self-disclosure form. The rent guarantee declaration is only required for students and pupils without their own income, and we would ask you to send us the required documents promptly by e-mail or post and to let us know if you are no longer interested.
