Expert office for property valuation MATZ

The appraisal office Matz deals exclusively with the property valuation of developed and undeveloped land. It was founded in 1991 and has been successfully active in the field of property valuation ever since. The founder of the office, Dipl.-Bauing. oec. Hilmar Matz has been a member of the expert committee of the city of Jena, the Saale-Holzland district and the Saale-Orla district since 1991. As a result of the close cooperation with the expert committee, where all property sales are registered and analysed, and the application of the current valuation guidelines, professionally qualified market value appraisals are prepared on the basis of the very good market transparency for the subsequent valuation occasions. In addition to the founder, the office team has included Dipl.- Verm.Ing. (FH) Kirstin Matz as an employee since 2004.
