Have you been to view a property with one of our employees and would like to purchase it? Thank you for your interest in the property on offer. We have compiled various helpful documents for you in the download area for prospective buyers.

For the purchase of a property, we require a copy of both sides of the identity card of all parties involved as well as their personal tax identification number. In order to draw up a purchase contract, we require a completed binding declaration of intent to purchase with a maximum term of 4 weeks. Another important criterion for a joint notarisation date is a binding financing commitment from a German credit institution or proof of equity for the purchase of the desired property. If you require financing and would like a corresponding financing offer, please submit the self-disclosure form with all the required documents to us. We would ask you to send us the required documents by e-mail or post and let us know if you are no longer interested.
